I have been on the path of transformation since I was about 10 years old... I know, a long time right!? Well this is because I had an eye opening experience at a very young age that was a catapult to start "doing my work." You see, I knew in the depths of my soul that there was a happiness, a joy, and an ease to life that was possible -- yet I wasn't seeing it around me in my everyday life!
I was struggling, and so seemed to be everyone around me as well. If I wasn't going to learn what I needed from the people in my life, where was I to turn? This is when I started diving deep into books on philosophy and religion to try and make some sense out of the emotional turbulence I was experiencing, along with the deep awareness in my belly that yearned for an ease I knew was possible. I was around 12 years old when I found a book on Zen Buddhism, and hungrily ate up the ancient wisdom of it's pages, that I began to embody the first teaching that would change my life forever. The practice of Non - Attachment.
This new found practice was incredibly liberating for a young girl who was beginning to blossom into adolescence. To learn that I did not have to "take on" the crap that was all around me, but that I could watch it flow by as if it were a movie in honor of taking care of myself -- was my very first taste of self-love and liberation!
My journey continued of course, with learning, and sharing, and helping others along the way through my teen years and into adult hood. I was a trained contemporary dancer from Los Angeles, a singer-songwriter, and loved to harness all that I was learning and experiencing into my performance art. It has always been a passion of mine to share and inspire others to ascend and reach greater heights in their own life.
After a series of serendipitous events, I decided to look into Life Coaching Certification. I discovered that it was a total no-brainer match that would allow me to continue on my path of personal development, while serving others to blossom into their greatest selves as well! A total win-win... So I dove in head first.
I received my Certification as a Transformational Coach in 2010 from Seattle Life Coach Training, and went back to receive certification in their Advanced Life Coach training program as well. Continuing to expand and grow, staying curios to what aligned with my inner YES, I then became a Certified Access Consciousness Bars Energy Clearing Practitioner in 2012. I experienced massive transformation in my own life after learning this energy clearing technique, and discovered a spaciousness and ease within me that I had never felt before! This is when I launched my business in 2012, because I was so excited to gift to others the new found freedom that I was truly embodying in my own life!
Thus giving birth to my niche of Coaching & Clearing... An elegant approach to clearing away the old, while re-building the new!
Now living with passion and purpose, I am blessed to be sharing what I have learned with those of you who are looking to create conscious change, and increase the quality of your life! My gentle and direct approach, with a splash of levity and humor, will rapidly propel you from where you are now to where you would like to be with ease and joy! How does it get even better?
